Write/Speak/Code empowers women software developers to participate in and contribute to the software community, by becoming thought leaders, conference speakers, and open source contributors.

As a founder of the Write/Speak/Code NYC chapter, I have helped organize and run events since May 2015. Emphasis on inclusivity and creating a safe space has brought in attendees of diverse backgrounds, with event diversity often more closely mirroring the demographics of New York City itself rather than software industry levels.

I also recruited and managed 14 awesome volunteers for the four-day 2016 Write/Speak/Code conference in Chicago.
